Greetings to all fromIllinoisStateUniversity. As most of you know I will
be attendingIllinoisStateUniversityin the fall. I am going to
participate on the swim team (big surprise J). I am very excited to begin this new phase in my
life. I wanted to take a few minutes to inform you about a
fundraiser that the Illinois State Swimming and Diving Team is
hosting on September 18, 2010 at our home pool, Horton
Pool.
The team will participate
in a Swim/Dive-A-Thon. During this event, the swimmers will
have 90 minutes to complete 300 lengths and the divers will have 1
hour to complete 70 dives. I would like to ask you to make a
contribution and support this fundraiser. The donation will
help me out tremendously with my fee to our annual training trip
during winter break as well as help our entire swimming and diving
program.
You
can contribute a flat amount or you can contribute an amount per
length of the pool. The flat amount is the easiest way to
contribute and the amount can be donated right now. If you
would like to contribute please let me know and make your checks
payable to Illinois State Athletics. You can mail the checks
directly to me at the address below by August 15. I hope you
will consider helping me out with this exciting fund raiser.
Even the smallest donation will help tremendously. I
