Rebeca Martinez won her first ever individual state championship coming from behind to win the 200 backstroke at the Illinois Senior State Meet on Sunday night.  Martinez posted the fastest last 100 split to move from fourth to the top spot dropping 1.5 seconds over her prelim swim.
