we are accepted into the meet.
Championship Meets 2008 LCM
Swimmers qualifying for Championship meets are expected to participate in those
meets. Please plan accordingly.

SWIM MEET SIGN UP
Please mark down the days of each meet that you want to attend. Once the
entries go in your escrow account will be deducted regardless of whether or
not you swim. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your sign up has
been received. Please double check the entries for errors.
On this page is a list of meets we are planning on attending this season and the sign up deadline for
that meet. If you click on the meet type it will take you to the meet packet or meet events list. The
meet packet provides meet information about the sessions, entry limits and event listings.
Decide which meets you would like your child to attend and then at the bottom of the page enter the
following information. Swimmers Name / E-Mail / Meet Entering / Comments Comments might
include events they would like to do or that they can only attend one day of the meet.
Once I receive your sign up you will receive an e-mail confirmation and I will mark your child on the
meet sign up spreadsheet. This will also be on the website and is just a way for you to double check
that I have them marked down correctly. For you to enter them on the spreadsheet does nothing.
After the initial entry deadline has passed I will post the meet entries again for you to double check
as we can usually make changes. Once the entries for a swim meet have been turned in to a host
team, the swimmer is responsible for their entry fees whether they swim or not. A final entry report
will be posted when the meet entries have closed.
All ISI meets have entry fees associated with them which come out of your escrow. Swimmers who
compete in ISI meets must maintain an escrow account with the team as outlined in the CWAC Terms
& Conditions. The intrasquad meet and any dual meets we attend do not have entry fees.
All regular meets with the exception of the Westmont meet in December DO NOT have any qualifying
times so anyone may participate. All championship meets with the exception of the Conference meet
in February DO have qualifying times.
