CLINIC INFO
Chicago Wolfpack Aquatics Club (CWAC) offers stroke clinics in the Spring for its
members and other USA Swimming registered athletes at two locations (UIC and
Evergreen Park)
These clinics are a great opportunity for swimmers to concentrate primarily on their
stroke technique while learning coordination and balance of the four primary strokes.
Clinics will include thorough instruction from qualified coaches emphasizing proper
form and technique. Swimmers will watch video of proper technique and there will be
demonstrations of all strokes, drills and turns by coaches and swimmers. Swimmers
will receive literature about the strokes for each session.
There will be four clinic sessions, one session for each of the four strokes. Each
clinic session will be 3 days with the third day focusing on starts, breakouts, turns
and finishes for that stroke.
Please note that these clinics are not meant to be swim lessons. Swimmers are
expected to know how to swim.
COSTS
$30 per 3 day session or $100 for the full 12 day session
USA Swimming Membership for all non-USA Swimming members is $60 (see below)
STROKE CLINIC REGISTRATION FORM
The Swimmer Registration Form must be completed prior to attending the CWAC
stroke clinics. It includes information on each swimmer such as the mailing address,
phone number, practice group and family e-mail address(es). The Registration
Form includes parent permission for a swimmer to participate in the stroke clinics.
Also included is a Code of Conduct, which must be signed by both the parent(s) and
swimmer.
REGISTRATION FORM
USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION
All stroke clinic members must register with USA Swimming. This annual membership
offers insurance coverage for all participants and allows athletes to participate in
stroke clinics, practice and compete in USA Swimming sanctioned meets for an entire
year. The $60.00 fee for membership in USA Swimming is in addition to the stroke
clinic fees and payment must be included with this form. The form can be found at

PAYMENT INFO
Checks should be made payable to Chicago Wolfpack Aquatics Club (CWAC).
Please note your child’s name on your check.
Payments and registrations should be hand delivered to Coach Stephens or mailed
to Coach Stephens at 1076 W Roosevelt Road, Chicago, IL 60608 prior to the first
day of the clinic.
